“ Absolutely incredible vegan food! I've brought non-vegan friends & they've been blown away. Soups are good, crispy rolls & sweet potato fries great. I love the Pho Xao or Pho Ap Chao--one is with stir fry soft flat noodles, the other with pan fried noodles. Both are amazing. For dessert try the green cake (pandan). OMG!! I THINK ABOUT IT TOO MUCH! I believe it's family owned. They are friendly & helpful, the ambiance warm, calm, welcoming. You will not be disappointed. ”

“ One of my most favorite local vegan spots! Their West Coast tacos are delicious! Sometimes the tortillas get slightly too moist so I'll ask them to double them up and they're always so obliging. I love their spinach puff pastries soooo much! They're the perfect texture and flavor every time! Their dessert is amazing! My faves are the pandan cake, berry crumble cheesecake, and the cookie butter cheesecake. I love ordering any of their soups when I'm sick or when the weather is cold. The service is always super friendly and helpful. I love being a regular here and recommend it to everyone, whether they're vegan or not! ”
“ This place will always be our favorite vegan food location! We have been here for years and my go-tos are the Claypot Ocean and the Veggie Burger. Their salad is yummy and I still love the multigrain rice option. It is just slightly pricier than order Vietnamese vegan food places in the area but food quality is amazing! ”

Very delicious and flavorful and everything is vegan, which is great! Everything is super nutritious and delicious and it's honestly such a healthy option to eat out. “ The Sun Vegan is a cutely decorated plant-based restaurant located in a plaza with other restaurants. Parking is very easy to find as there is a large parking lot. My friend and I came here for dinner on a weeknight and it wasn't very busy. We were greeted upon entering and seated immediately. We ordered the Spring Rolls and Spicy Lemongrass Chicken to share. The spring rolls were big and stuffed with lots of fresh vegetables. They came with a side of peanut sauce. The Lemongrass Chicken came with a side of rice and Heavenly Salad. The chicken and salad were very flavorful. The sauce for the chicken was one of our favorite parts of the meal. Overall, giving The Sun Vegan a 5/5. Service and ambiance are great, and the food is delicious. Our meal was light and healthy, but flavorful. Highly recommend people to try this spot. Would come back to try other items on the menu. ”
“ First time here, we followed previous review suggestions. I'm a vegetarian but my guest is not. We had the spring rolls, lemon grass chickun and Fresh Tomato Noodle Soup. Also the Matcha Iced Tea and Tropical Smoothie! Everything was better than expected! It was a little empty when we came in on a Friday early evening. The atmosphere is great, I love the playlist that was playing; alternative pop. Would highly recommend! ”
“ Delicious! The restaurant is hidden in a run down, very old shopping center with random shops. It's inside the shopping center, in a back corner but once you get inside the restaurant, it's very bright and clean. I ordered: blended matcha latte- 5/5 Never had a blended matcha before and it was so good! Spring rolls- 4/5 They're different than regular spring rolls. They have a mushroom blend with sauce inside and wrapped in more leaves in addition to the rice paper. So it's a different flavor than regular spring rolls but still good. Comes with dipping sauces. Spicy lemongrass chickun- 5/5 Really tasty! Comes with salad, rice and chickun. Chickun nuggets- 5/5 Delicious! Has a nice crunch and comes with Ketchup Thai banana rolls- 5/5 I've never had jackfruit in a dessert, it tastes great! I highly recommend coming here. ”
